Dan Taylor - Youth Care Worker
Dan has a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Communications from Aurora University. He has 22 years of experience working with youth at Waldo Middle School, Kane County Regional Office of Education and the Aurora Township.

Charles Postlewaite - Youth Care Worker
Charles is a graduate of East Aurora High School. He has 23 years of experience working with youth at the Wayside Cross Youth Ministries, The Aurora Township and African American Men of Unity organizations.

Wayne Robinson - DHS, Youth Basketball Program and Case Worker
Wayne has an A.S. in Physical Ed., B.A. in Criminal Justice and M.S. in Human Services in Counseling. He has worked with at-risk youth and their families since 1985 at Kane County Regional Office of Education, East Aurora School District 131, Kane County Sheriff/Adult Correctional Center, Aurora Community in Schools, St. Louis, MO Edgewood Children Center and Aurora Township Youth Center

Norma DeLeon - Administrative Professional
Norma is a life long Aurora resident and mother of 4. She is a graduate of East Aurora High School. Norma has 6 years of experience working with the community at the Aurora Township Youth Center.

Aisha Payne - Youth Care Worker
Aisha is a 1997 graduate of West Aurora High School where she was involved in peer mentoring. She is currently providing mentoring to a few students who are currently attending West High School. Aisha graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She comes to the Township via the Oswego Community School District where she was an aide in the Learning Resource and Computer Center. She is planning to obtain a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Aisha is the Educational Activities Coordinator where her emphasis is on promoting school, homework and encouraging voracious reading habits.
Bela “Bill” Suhayda - DHS Case Worker
Bill is a product of East Aurora School District 131. He graduated from East Aurora High School in 1967 and went on to Aurora University where he obtained a double Major in Biology and Psychology and also obtained a certificate in Secondary Education. Bill also excelled at A.U. in soccer. After graduating college, he took his love for teaching and coaching back to the East Aurora Schools where he taught and coached soccer and wrestling for 30+ years. He is founder of the Fox Valley Kickers Youth Soccer Program. Bill is a licensed pilot and is a flight instructor for Packer Engineering’s summer aviation camp. Bill, along with Wayne Robinson works in the Township’s Delinquency Prevention Program.
